Lt. Col. Harmon

We are so blessed to be able to celebrate James and his pin on ceremony on August 28th. It's hard to believe it's been 15 years since I was first able to pin on his 2nd Lieutenant bar. Now Lieutenant is part of his name again just followed closely by Colonel :). He has worked very hard to earn this and I am very happy to have been with him and support him in his career.
