Where to start?!

Spring Break was a week fun of lots of fun and MICKEY! We had the absolute best time dragging Mom and Dad through the four parks:) We keep them on their toes with early mornings and late nights. Now we shall start at the beginning.

We left early morning Sunday about 6ish. We had used Saturday to pack and clean up the house. We arrived at our destination about 1:30 Eastern time. This time at Disney we stayed at Coronado Springs a moderate resort with a southwestern/mexican theme. We checked in and were assigned our rooms. Now the thing about this resort is that it is used for a lot of conventions, so it is huge. It has a .75 jogging trail that goes around their "lake". Our room was not too far away and (in my opinion) looked great. Bad part about it was the view was not of the scenic lake, but instead the parking lot. So James figured it can't hurt to ask to see if we could get a room closer, not only to improve the scenery, but make it so their was less new ground for Logan to have to cover. As James is doing this we stop at the Pepper Market (their cafeteria) to get a bite to eat. Their were a lot of choices and they all looked yummy. We picked something out (can't remember what now) and James returned . He said the manager he was speaking too had a couple of options. He said they had a couple of suites available and he would go look at them when Jill (the manager) called back. If we chose one option, my parents wouldn't be in the adjoining room the first night, but would be able to move to the adjoining room the next night. The other room was a suite with the adjoining room as part of that room. James joined us for a few minutes before he ran off to take a look at the rooms to see which would suit our group better. He felt the second option would be the better choice and wow!! did I agree.

We had to wait while they finished cleaning up the room, so we walked around exploring. We found some lovely hammocks along the path that Logan decided to lay in. I thought I would join him and upon my doing so, almost launched him out of the hammock. We were all laughing so hard it was amazing that we stayed in :) We continued to explore and saw the "Dig Site" which is the pool with a Mayan temple, a jaguar slide, a hot tub (fits 20), volleyball court, children's play area, arcade, and a bar area. It was quite the sight and definately on our must do list!

We wandered back to the room and it was ready. So we put away all our stuff before heading to dinner and awaiting Mom and Dad to arrive. Since the suite was way more than your normal room, we had to video their view as they took it all in. Mom had the best expression! Seriously, it was bigger than our first apartment together and our place in Korea! Wouldn't you know - the pics of the room are all on the video camera and I don't know how to download those yet :( Here are a couple of the view outside of our room.

Well, I will end now and save our days at the parks for postings to come. Didn't you just enjoy our getting there? and I know you are eagerly awaiting to see what the room looked like. Till the next day :)
